My nearly 20 years’ experience spans formal studies in psychology, ethics, and development studies; and professional work in the social impact sector.

Over the course of my career, I’ve been in organisations whose vision and mission aligned with my interest in cultivating and nurturing human potential – and where I could both contribute and grow my knowledge and skills.

While I valued and learnt from many aspects of the roles I've held, I often found myself not thriving vocationally in the way I longed to.

So I made the decision to pursue life coaching – a vocation I believed I could thrive in.

Now, as a certified professional Life Coach and Christian Coach, I partner with growth-minded people to ignite, elevate, or unlock growth in their personal development, leadership, or spiritual formation – an incredibly purposeful, fulfilling, and impactful privilege.

I believe that people are designed and desire to thrive – that we all have immense potential and agency.

When people harness their agency to activate more of their potential – deliberately choosing how they grow – they experience clearer purpose, deeper fulfilment, and greater impact in their lives.

Life coaching enhances this intentionality by holding space for reflection, clarity, insight, decision-making, action, and accountability.

My role is to be a thinking partner in a process that is collaborative, thought-provoking, and action-oriented.

I partner with clients in understanding where they are, envisioning where they want to be, and taking steps to get there.

Together, we create a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where they are seen, heard, understood, encouraged, and supported.
