I'm really grateful for the coaching sessions I had with Mario. They were truly enlightening, and I learned a lot about myself. The sessions gave me a clear perspective on my current situation. I gained insight into areas I've neglected and areas where I'm thriving. This newfound understanding helped me address my feelings of being stuck. The sessions also assisted me in dreaming and mapping out my future. I gained greater clarity on what I desire for myself and where I'd like to see myself in the future. I felt heard and well-guided throughout the process, which maximised the benefits of the sessions. Overall, the experience was clear, beneficial, and truly valuable.

Growth Squared: Blueprint was presented and facilitated with professionalism. The content of the programme was insightful and empowering – a good balance between receiving and getting an opportunity to work through practical tools and receiving information to take in. I enjoyed the group setting because it was intimate and really allowed for sharing and also learning from others. I also enjoyed that the sessions were split up into times to listen, to share, to complete activities, and to reflect. It made the overall process of growth and life improvement feel a lot more attainable and gave me sufficient time to think, process, and then consider how I wanted to move forward. At the start, 4 weeks can feel like a big commitment; but because of how the programme was run and how much it impacted me, 4 weeks felt like a very short time – definitely a worthwhile investment of time. The programme helped me to identify my hurdles and the ways in which I have not been proactive enough with mitigating for those hurdles or issues which resulted in me giving up on some of my potential progress in the past. I feel more confident now to work towards tools that can help me to navigate that in the future.

I was surprised by how much of the programme involved personal reflection. The idea I had of life coaching was more hands-on – being counselled and told what to do. This was different – refreshing, I might say. At the beginning, I felt disappointed because I wanted the coach to fix my life, but in the end, I felt more empowered – in control of my life. I felt that I could make the change. The programme gave me systems, a plan, and clarity. What I enjoyed about doing the programme with a group was that, even though we were working on our lives individually, we were doing so together. I enjoyed reflecting on things I wouldn’t normally reflect on. It forced me to slow down, and these reflections made me feel enlightened – slowing down wasn’t a hindrance but an aid.

The programme help me understand that I don’t have to tackle everything at once, but can instead break everything into smaller chunks. Focusing on the most important things first has a ripple effect on the other things that I want to address or tackle, and it also makes everything seem less intimidating and overwhelming. I appreciated the programme because it helped me approach the areas in my life that I want to fix with a lot more optimism and a lot more clarity.

Doing Growth Squared: Accelerate with Mario helped me to address a personal struggle which I carried for most of my life. Whether it would be with friends, acquaintances, or people I interacted with, I had a habit of constantly saying yes to everything. I would take on extra work because of the approval I hoped to get from it. Sometimes it wouldn't even be evident to me that this was the root of my drive to do things for people. I ended up serving from a place of needing validation rather than genuine care for people, which left me exhausted and unsure of whether I was even real with people at all. Mario helped me get to the root of that need for validation and address the patterns of thought that were driving my decisions in the background. I learned practical, retrospective methods of measuring my progress, and gained a framework I now use to move beyond these struggles and choose to have relationships that are authentic and properly boundaried. What I appreciated most was how Mario was able to help me to consolidate my scattered thoughts into something clear. I would worry that my long, rambling explanations would be difficult to listen through, but he was patient and held space for me to work through them. I’m grateful for this journey and for Mario, and for the tools I gained that I’m taking forward. I'm confident that Growth Squared: Accelerate will be valuable to anyone who decides to invest in it.

Growth Squared: Accelerate was empowering and allowed me to practically pinpoint my triggers that have in the past lead to me giving up on my goals. Mario facilitated the sessions in a way that allowed all of us to learn and process the information while giving us the space to share with one another. This was particularly helpful for me because it made me see that all of us are on a journey and we all sometimes struggle but, with the correct tools in our pockets, we can push past the hurdles and continue pursuing our goals. I would recommend this programme to anyone looking for practical tools to help you apply the information out there.

This programme felt refreshing. A deeper look into myself and aiming to understand what drives me. Each week was a deep dive into parts of myself that I usually ignore or choose not to think about. It scared me because I’ve experienced a number of failures, so I never wanted to engage in these spaces (Motivations, Habits, Identity, and Systems). However, exploring them helped me understand certain reasons behind my failures and what might have caused them, either through misunderstanding certain concepts (Motivations and Identity) or not having certain things in place (Systems and Habits). The manner in which the course is administered encourages exploration with great guiding questions and principles that would drive me towards clarity, not necessarily answers, for failures or lack of achievement (big or small). The post-session reflections also provided me with great resources so that I can continue each week’s topic beyond just the two hours, which felt so valuable. It was really worth my time going through Growth Squared: Accelerate after completing Growth Squared: Blueprint. The group settings value, for me, lies in the feeling that we’re all working towards a common goal together. It makes what can feel like a big exploration, into something manageable, fun, and not daunting. Other people’s perspectives can ground you when you feel anxious or panicked about exploring your answers. The group setting also becomes a safeguard against major vulnerability if you’re not wanting to explore your reality out loud. The group setting has no requirement for sharing specifics, so if you’re feeling insecure and afraid to say some of these things aloud, there’s a protection against that in the group setting. I really had fun growing through this programme with my group.

This programme rocked my world. I'm approaching day-to-day life – and my larger goals – with so much more clarity and understanding of myself and how I operate. I've been greatly empowered by this programme, because I now feel and truly understand that everything I want to achieve in my life is within my control. The areas of my life I want to fix – the parts of myself I’m not too pleased about – I can work on. I do have it within me to make the necessary changes to live the life I deserve and want. Four sessions may seem like a very short time to get to know or understand anything fully about your life, but you’d be surprised. The impact runs deep. The reflection activities and conversations linger in your mind long after each session ends. You find yourself checking in with yourself, connecting dots, having those “aha” moments. Mario, specifically, is incredibly gentle and caring. He really allows you to go on your own journey. He’s not prescriptive in how he supports people – instead, he stays curious, optimistic, hopeful, deeply compassionate, and wise. Not only is the content of the programme fantastic in and of itself, but being guided through it by Mario made it even more impactful. He helped us chew over and process everything at a manageable pace. I never walked away feeling overwhelmed by a mammoth task or too much information. He gave us time to reflect individually, but also created space to reflect collectively – to bounce ideas around. That space made me feel less alone in the process. It reminded me that others are also facing their own struggles, wrestling with similar challenges. And in that space, we could cheer each other on and support each other, while still staying on our individual paths. So, thank you to Mario. Thank you for the programme. I am eternally grateful.

My coaching session with Mario was an incredible experience. He has an amazing gift for listening and gently guiding you toward clarity. During our session, he helped me navigate a tough decision about whether to leave my job or take another within the same company that didn't feel right for me. It was like he created a mind map of doors in my head, unlocking pathways that I didn't even know existed. What stood out most was the way he asked questions – thoughtful, unexpected ones that shifted my perspective and made all the difference in my decision-making. Mario was fantastic. He's the real deal.
